Your goal might be this one
Every year people come up with resolutions to accomplish, but have you ever wondered which ones are the most common? Maybe one of the ones that I mention falls into your category. To tell you the truth, in part I wasn’t so surprised about what they were, and I’m not too sure if you’ll be either, but that’s up to you! These are the top three most common resolutions amongst people.
We have seen this one many times (regardless of who it is) and that’s the one of getting fit/exercising. Honestly I think you did in fact see this one coming. I mean- it’s almost everybody’s…I find it funny sometimes because in many circumstances the person is actually pretty fit but wants to be more fit? It’s just funny to me the way they over exceed themselves. But in a way it’s good that they do so, since it shows their determination on the goal and their will to accomplish it.
Another common goal amongst people is to procrastinate less. I think I speak from experience that it might be true. But I’ve never made that a goal which is funny because procrastination is one of my issues I need to fix. There are many cases like mine or even worse than mine, and this resolution might not even come to the person on the day of New Year’s. As time goes by this resolution will come up again and again and eventually at some point and through small steps they’ll overcome that procrastination problem (or not).
Finally falling into the third category, is writing a book. I honestly don’t know many people who have this resolution, so I wouldn’t really know what to tell you. But I have heard that it’s one of the things you might want to do before you die (though of course I don’t think it obligatory). Maybe that’s why it’s in some people’s resolutions, because it’s apparently one of those great things you have to do before you die.
Again these are just the most common; it doesn’t mean it has to be your resolution for New Year’s but it could be. Try thinking out of the box though! Who knows-- you might come up with some goals that are a little more exciting than these.
